Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), personal or business checks, and money orders for all online and offline orders. Returned checks are subject to a $30 administrative fee.

Delivery Time

Orders placed with a credit card will be shipped within two business days (usually the same day the order is received). Orders placed with a check (U.S. funds only, please) will be shipped once funds have cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $20 administrative fee.

Ordering Methods

No matter how you like to shop, placing your order with Cultured Expressions is easy! Although we use a secure server to protect your personal information, we understand that not every customer is comfortable using a credit card online. You can also order by phone, or you can mail or fax your order to us. You can also order online without a credit card (you'll just need to mail us your check or money order!). When you get to the checkout page, select "check" as your payment method and enter the check number on the check you are mailing.

Order by phone: Call our convenient toll-free phone number 1-866-MUDCLOTH. You'll need to have your product selections and credit card handy. For easiest ordering, add the items you're interested in to your shopping cart so everything you'd like to purchase is organized when you make the call.

Order by mail: Simply fill out our order form and send it to us at the address printed on the order form. Don't forget to include payment or credit card information so we can quickly process your order.

 

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS VIA E-MAIL. Please do not submit your order or any personal information, especially credit card information, via e-mail. E-mail is not secure and your data can be exposed or intercepted rather easily. For this reason we do not accept orders via e-mail.

How to Order Online

How do I place an order online?

When you're ready to complete your purchase, you can proceed to the shipping and billing information pages by clicking on "checkout" at the top of any page on our site. The shipping charges and total order amount will be posted when you reach the checkout pages. Simply enter the shipping address and click on "continue" to proceed. Enter your payment information and your billing address. Check your information carefully, and then click on "continue" to complete your purchase. You'll receive your order number on the confirmation page; be sure to write this number down for future reference in the event you have a question about your order. You'll also receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I save my shopping cart if I'm not ready to check out?

If your web browser is set to accept cookies, your shopping cart will be saved for 60 days automatically if you leave our site without completing a purchase (or if your browser or computer crashes). To retrieve your saved items, access our Web site from the same computer you used when you added the items to your cart, and click on the "view cart" link in the top of any page on our site.

Express Ordering

If you've ordered from CulturedExpressions.com before, you can save time on your next order! Just click on "My Account" and log in. When you get to checkout, you won't have to re-enter your billing and shipping addresses over again.

What shipping methods are available?

We ship via U.S. Priority Mail and Federal Express.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders shipped to U.S. addresses: Shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you proceed to the checkout on our site or when you place your order over the phone. For mail and fax orders, please use this chart:

By law, we are required to collect a 7% sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey.

Returns and Exchanges

Please email info@CulturedExpressions prior to returning merchandise. Items may be returned for merchandise credit only, when returned promptly and in saleable condition, as determined by Cultured Expressions. Books and cut fabrics may not be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Class Registrations

We'll confirm your registration by phone or email before the class. Sessions cancelled by Cultured Expressions or the event's host will be refunded. A student who cancels in advance will be given a credit toward a future class or CE event. Sorry, no refund or credit for "no-shows". In case of a weather-related cancellation, you will be notified by phone, with the option of a refund or credit for a re-scheduled class.
