This is the tool I used to create the red print bread basket in African Accents. I also used it on the Christopher Lowell show for a table setting segment. is a hollow brass cylinder with a specially designed wire hook that makes turning fabric tubes fun & EASY!! Magically fill fabric tubes with cording or fleece, turning the tube right side out at the same time! Then simply coil the tubing and glue or hand sew into place to create the basket. #FAST 3/4" diameter.
