KIT INCLUDES the metal purse frame 3.25" wide (8.5mm) batting, pattern and instructions.  And you can't make just one, so once you have the instructions and pattern from the kit, you can purchase frames separately, adding your own fabric as before, and your own batting.  Extra frames sold in 6-packs.
 
Try it in ankara prints, batiks, or bogolan/mudcloth.  Also great in velvet, denim, upholstery fabrics...
